hmm... sad... why am i always having problems with typing chinese? after i finally succeeded in getting the chinese program in microsoft to work... realise i couldn't read the words i type in this blog... darn... such fei(4) fu(3) zhi(1) yan(1)...
sad... just sent an email to my translation tutor to ask her about studies... and she replied to everybody else in the class... didn't include my name~eternally grateful~ hmm... basically according to her... not all dictionaries and newspapers are reliable, not entirely flawless... so she was in a way, appealing to my own intelligence to discern between the actual meaning and context... sigh... actually quite sad... i always thought my chinese was better than my english... that was still true before JC i guess... something changed along the way i think... have been getting better grades for english-based modules, rather than chinese... all 'C's... sigh... then came along my last chinese translation assignment... guess wat the tutor wrote... "improve your chinese"... that was a severe blow... wat happened? haven't been able to memorise cheem chinese verse/poems... ask me about any ancient wei ren or gu ren and i'm still as dumbfounded as before... wat happened? am i really chinese material? hmm...
maybe my life has been revolving around the wrong theme... so what should the theme of my life be? friend said we should choose our own paths so that we'll never regret or rather, we wont be able to blame anyone for the choice we made... wondering now if i have any serious regrets in life... guess there were many small regrets along the way... but i'm still surviving so i guess it's still okay...
hmm... why is life always about complain?? i really wish i could be more optimistic, appreciate all the little things in life... be a contented person... but i guess that will hardly be possible... sigh...
